By accessing or using the Site, scheduling a consultation, submitting an assessment, or purchasing any product or service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Not Medical Advice

The Site, including all articles, videos, social media content, quizzes, assessments, and consultations, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site, including any information provided during a free consultation or assessment, constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment, and is not intended to replace the relationship you have with a licensed physician or other qualified healthcare provider.

Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of something you read or received through this Site. Dr. Chris Molda is a licensed chiropractor; services offered reflect a functional wellness approach and are not a substitute for conventional medical diagnosis or care.

No practitioner-patient relationship is created through use of this Site, submission of an assessment, or scheduling a free consultation. Such a relationship begins only after you have engaged in a formal intake process as a patient of the practice.

Any testimonials, case examples, timelines, or outcomes referenced on the Site reflect individual experiences and are not a guarantee, warranty, or prediction of the results any particular person will achieve. Health outcomes depend on many individual factors, and we make no representation that any program, protocol, or supplement will produce a specific result for you.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site, submit an assessment, or schedule a consultation.
You agree to provide accurate and current information when submitting any form, assessment, or intake materials.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with client portals or scheduling tools.

4. Consultations, Assessments, and Scheduling

Free consultations and assessments offered through the Site (including the 15-minute phone consultation and the Lyme Assessment) are provided as an introductory service to determine potential fit for our programs. Completion of a free consultation or assessment does not obligate you to purchase any service, nor does it obligate us to accept you as a patient.

We reserve the right to reschedule, decline, or discontinue any consultation or program at our discretion, including where we determine that our services are not appropriate for your circumstances.

5. Payments, Programs, and Cancellations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Molda Wellness Center, its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of health outcome, arising from your use of the Site or any consultation, assessment, program, or product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Molda Wellness Center and its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
